If you are wondering about sold out items/restocks, dates posted on our home page or in our Instagram Bio are the only restocks currently scheduled. If the item is visible on our site it will be restocked. Until announced all restock dates are still undetermined, and we are unable to give estimates on when certain items will restock. To stay up to date we suggest following on Instagram or subscribing to our emails! (scroll to bottom of page to subscribe for emails)

Shopify calculates all international shipping costs, duties, and or taxes at checkout. Please proceed to checkout to see shipping costs/options. You will no longer need to pay duties or taxes upon arrival, as they are now collected at checkout.

Our current shop processing time is 3 weeks, This fluctuates based on the flow of orders and we always update that information here and in your confirmation emails as well.

First make sure to note our current shop processing time in your confirmation email to know when it should ship. Once your package ships you will receive an email with tracking info included. Please contact us if your package is marked lost by the carrier. We are unable to refund or replace items that are lost after delivery is confirmed or attempted. 

Our products are made to order so all purchases are non-refundable. If you wish to cancel an order you must contact us within 48 hours of placing the order to receive a refund. If there is an issue with your order please contact us immediately.

If items are lost during shipment we will coordinate a replacement with you. We are unable to refund or replace items that are lost after delivery is confirmed or attempted.
